#1 Transparency in all our business relationships. If we percieve a conflict of interest we will call it out..
#2 Integrity means doing things that doing things not because they are to our advantage.
#3 Misrepresenatation is no joke. Sales has cleaned up its act in recent years but still people thing a good salesman can tell lies. We don't hold with this, "a multiplicity" probably means two one in our book.
#4 Leadership through taking time to understand people and what makes them work best. RM assume at the outset that peole want to do a good job and be rewarded for it.
#5 Standing up and being counted. We won't re-write "the report" just because you disagree with us.
#6 People generally do well at what they enjoy are motivated to do. Reality is that there are very few jobs that are "rocket science".
#7 Natural Governanace through systemic integrity is at the core of all governance systems that really work. If it needs a presentation, assume a days training per employee per slide per year. (50 people, 10 slide presentation=1.43 FTE). It still won't work but at least you've given it a chance.
#8 Weakness is an attribute displayed by some of our most senior statesman. They are unable to tell us the truth because they think it will hurt. Not true we deal with the truth everyday of our lives so we can deal with it and deserve the truth. Telling the truth is at the heart of change management.
#9 Fear uncertainly and doubt (FUD). Used by Consultants be justify there fees. RM simply don't do it. On the contrary we delight in making diffcult thinsg look easy. Sometimes thats because they are because we have done it before, sometimes thats what we call elegance.
#10. Accountability when outcomes fall short of plan we won't sit down and tell you that its your fault. We get up work out what went right and do more of that.
